TERMS OF SERVICE
Liability Waiver
I hereby accept all risks associated with participating in a program from TWOFOOT LLC. I release and forever discharge TWOFOOT LLC, its owners, employees, or other agents from any and all responsibilities, damages, or other liability resulting from or in any way related to my participation in any of the training program components from TWOFOOT LLC.
I acknowledge that I am willingly choosing to participate in any activities that may potentially result in damage to personal property, serious injury, disability, or death. I further acknowledge that there may be other risks not easily foreseeable at this time. I hereby assume full responsibility for all the known and unknown risks and waive all claims of injury to my body or property.
I acknowledge that TWOFOOT LLC will offer the most effective programs known at the current time but, as individuals respond differently to the same program, cannot guarantee the safety or effectiveness of the program. Therefore, the products and services offered by TWOFOOT LLC are done so without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.
I understand that a physician’s approval is recommended before starting any physical fitness or nutrition program and I have obtained that approval or acknowledge the risks and state that I am in good physical condition.
I understand that TWOFOOT LLC requires 24 hours notice should I need to cancel an appointment and that I will be charged for that appointment if I cancel less than 24 hours prior. I understand that I will NOT be charged in cases of emergency or illness. I understand that TWOFOOT LLC recommends consistent participation for optimal results, and that appointments should be rescheduled as soon as practical and possible.
I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and I agree to all statements. I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the contents of this document. I understand the risks and benefits and agree to discharge, release, and hold harmless TWOFOOT LLC, its owners, employees, or other agents from any and all liability for damage claims or losses resulting from my participation in a TWOFOOT LLC training program. I sign this voluntarily and with full acknowledgement of its significance.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that a 24-hour advance notice is required for non-emergency* cancellation. Otherwise, the cost of the session will be forfeit. This policy is to ensure accountability, commitment, and to increase adherence to the program.

*Emergency exemptions to be determined on a case-to-case basis; discretion of TWOFOOT LLC.
Refund Policy
I understand that due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, TWOFOOT LLC has no obligation to provide a refund for any reason. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website https://twofoot.training, in-person, or via any other sales channel operated by TWOFOOT LLC. This includes, but is not limited to physical products, digital products, services, and deposits and retainers.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
TWOFOOT LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a remedy in the following limited circumstances:
(For Services) Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe for reasons solely attributable to TWOFOOT LLC, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Legal Requirements: If a specific law or regulation in our governing jurisdiction mandates a refund, we will comply with such legal requirements.
Chargeback Policy
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate any payment chargebacks with your credit card company or payment processor. In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to first contact us at jameson@twofoot.training to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount, along with any fees incurred in the process.
Policy Modification
TWOFOOT LLC reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services or purchase of our products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
