We evolved moving. Historically, to stop moving meant death; To lose the prey and starve, to be run down by a predator, or to be stranded in unknown territory without shelter after sundown. Humans did not evolve to be sedentary. We have engineered physical activity out of our daily lives, and inadequate physical activity is consistently associated with the suite of unfortunately common noncommunicable diseases like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteopenia, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety, etc.

Two Foot Training is designed to educate you in the function of your body. With an emphasis on functional human movement patterns, Two Foot Training provides 1-on-1 or group instruction to reactivate the software all humans are born with, focusing on anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of optimal human movement and fitness.

FULL BODY FITNESS AND INJURY ASSESSMENT
Assessment of the body on the given day and relevant programming.

CUSTOM EXERCISE PROGRAMMING
Personal training emphasizing on primary movement patterns and target outcomes.

RECOVERY
Access to recovery equipment and lifestyle behavior evaluation (e.g., sleep patterns, stress management, etc.)

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
Access to InBody BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) body composition technology and Dexa Body (dual x-ray absorptiometry).
